Your missions:
1. Preparation and planning of earthworks:
• Assist in developing the earthworks plan based on execution drawings.
• Organize with the manager the phases of excavation and backfilling.
2. Monitoring and control of earthworks operations:
• Supervise the leveling and compaction of soils.
• Verify the quality and compliance of the work with technical standards and specifications.
3. Management of teams and equipment:
• Coordinate teams of machine operators and specialized workers
• Ensure the availability and maintenance of earthmoving equipment.
4. Site safety:
• Implement specific safety measures for earthworks.
• Train and raise awareness among teams about risks related to earthworks.
5. Administrative follow-up and site reports:
• Review daily reports on the progress of the work.
• Assist in managing administrative and technical documents for the site.
6. Coordination with external stakeholders:
• Collaborate with engineers and site supervisors.
Your profile:
• A Bac +2 in civil Engineering and in the construction management.
• Previous experience in construction, particularly in earthworks, is highly beneficial.
• Hands-on experience with construction site management and
coordination.
• Capacity to manage multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly.
• Capacity to adapt to changing circumstances and handle unexpected
challenges.
• Proficiency in English
