Project Overview
In this project, you will work within a cross-departmental context to analyze Dynapac's current sales channel and identify optimizations. The targeted optimizations are both in terms of the tools that are currently in use, integrating these tools more effectively, as well as the processes surrounding the current sales related workflows. These tools include, but are not limited to CRM platforms, analytics software, data integration solutions, PDM systems etc
Project Deliverables
This investigative exercise will span multiple departments and culminate in two deliverables:
- A mapping of the current situation of our overall sales process:
- Tools (eg analytics software, data integration solutions, PDM systems)
- Processes and workflows
- Training materials and methods
- Documentation and promotional content
- A detailed proposal identifying specific opportunities for improvement, focusing on digitalization, automation, and process efficiency.
