Due to its atypical location in the world, it is a franchise shop owned and operated by a local partner, Azadea Group.
Azadea Group holds franchises for more than 50 international brands, including Zara, Mango, Lefties, etc., as well as F&B brands such as Eataly, Paul café, New Shanghai, etc.

We currently have a total of 8 shops throughout the Emirates, but the project is much more ambitious than that!
This young shop in Dubai Mall is undoubtedly one of the most eclectic Decathlon shops, with more than 23 nationalities working together. Some of them know Decathlon from the past, while others are still learning their trade and the brand.
Dubai Mall is a 1 million sqm mall (the largest in the world) with 110 million annual visitors, making it the most visited place in the world.
The 3,500m² shop will end the year with sales of around €10.5m, but the potential for growth in the coming years is very strong thanks to the local sports market.
Job Purpose :
The Universe Manager is responsible for overseeing floor activities to ensure efficient operations and adherence to the company's customer service standards on the universe floor. He/she upholds high visual merchandising standards, maintains store presentation, and ensures continuous product availability.
Your responsibilities :
Develop a commercial policy, a seasonal layout plan, and an annual timetable for commercial campaigns.
Recommend price adjustments based on benchmarking to maintain competitiveness.
Monitor universe sales figures, inventory, profit and loss reports, ensuring that weekly and seasonal targets are achieved by the team.
Continuously monitor stock levels, assist shop managers with regular inventories, and re-order merchandise as necessary to always ensure adequate stock and maximum range and size availability.
Greet customers and ensure they are served promptly by shop staff, in compliance with quality and customer service standards.
Develop and maintain a calendar for shop events, ensuring smooth and timely execution of activities. Supervise the communication of shop events and promotions to customers through social media platforms.

ESSENTIAL CONDITION
You must be mobile in this territory for a period of 3 years, renewable once.

The transition from Decathlon SE/SA to a franchised partner requires a new local contract, the conditions of which are to be defined with the partner.
