We are creating a new IT support team for one of our clients in the retail sector.

We will need professionals with great ability to work as part of a team, to bring a special care in user support and a desire to work in a high demand environment.

Requirements:

- A solid understanding of the listed applications and systems (Active Directory, Apple Support, Office 365, Salesforce, etc.) is essential.- Technicians should be comfortable troubleshooting issues related to these tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial. Technicians need to interact with end-users, understand their problems, and provide effective solutions.- Support technicians must be adept at diagnosing and resolving technical issues promptly. They should be able to troubleshoot software and hardware problems efficiently.- Prioritizing tasks and managing workload effectively is important.- Technicians often handle multiple incidents simultaneously, so time management skills are valuable.- Keeping accurate records of incidents, resolutions, and user interactions is essential. Clear documentation helps in tracking trends and improving processes.

The retail environment can be dynamic, with seasonal peaks and varying demands. Technicians should be adaptable and able to handle changing priorities.Collaboration with other support team members, as well as other departments, is common. Being a team player is crucial for success.

Profil recherché

The work is developed in face-to-face mode at the San Sebastian site. It is essential to speak English and/or French and Spanish.
