Develop seasonal visual merchandising, guidelines that align with collection stories, brand identity and final assortment bought WW.Ensure consistent strategy execution across all regions, all channels (Retail, Wholesale, Travel Retail, Outlet).Establish and implement standards of VM presentation, including planogram design and VM optimization to maximize visual impact and sales potential.Develop merchandising guidelines with clear VM rules to enhance regional & local skills and ensure consistent execution.Participate to the communication plan for store signage, incorporating both print POS materials, to effectively communicate brand messages and promotions.Analyze KPI, to determine optimal product placement, ensuring that presentation standards are met and that it is adapted to roll out tearingTest and analyze roll out VM to ensure they meet technical and brand objectives. Implement necessary adjustments to optimize performance.Benchmark external visual merchandising practices and recommend corrective actions to maintain and improve excellence and commercial performance
